Child Has Cough. Had Cefpodoxime, Asthalin Syrup. What Is The Dosage Of Asthalin?

sir,can u please tell the dosage of asthalin syrup for child of two months old?
my child is having cough.we went to the doctor she gave an antibiotic named cefpodoxime and also to give asthalin syrup.she forgot to write the dosage of asthalin.can u please tell the dosage.my daughter weighs 4 and a half kilos and she is two months old.my email address is YYYY@YYYY

Your's little one might have bronchospasm and that's why doctor prescribed ASTHALIN
Since child is two months ( 2 months) and sorry to say that if age of patient is less than two yrs , this drug is not advised.
Cefpodoxime is an antibiotic and can be given. Salbutamol ( asthalin ) is contraindicated children below two yrs so stop at once and have next option (drug) for bronchodilation in children if required .
