hello, any illness that prolongs this long should be evaluated in line of tuberculosis also. so please get in contact with your treating pediatrician and ask him if its needed as he would be in a better condition to decide depending upon his physical examination. a repeat blood investigations like complete blood count, ESR, along with mantoux test would be of help. i would also like to know if there is any member of your family or any neighbor has had tuberculosis in recent past or is on treatment for this. and that the CT done was of chest only or included abdomen also.you should also get his throat swab culture done.so please contact your pedatrician and get back to me with investigations if needed. thanks amit
