Child had pale skin, lips and felt lethargic, recovered soon. Possibility of heart murmur?

My 3 year old daughter had symptoms pale skin, pale lips , very lethargic and tired. I took her to the Docter Immeciatly, but within five minutes of leaving the house, all symptoms cleared up and she went back to normal. I still took her to the DR. but he idn t have any suggestions as to what it could be. He thinks she might have a slight heart mumer, but isn t sure if that would mean anything. the ultasound to get this checked into sould cost us $2700.00 and we don t have the money for it. Is this something that may be very serious?
