Child Had Eczema. Had Prickly Heat, Latex Allergies. Has Malformation And Glaucoma. Often Itchy, Sleep Disorders. Suggestions?

My daughter is 4. Since she was 8 months old she has had excema. She also gets prickly heat in Summer and allergies (latex and I think some plants). She has eye issues (a malformation and glaucoma) and has had 10 general anesthetics. I wonder if it is the anesthetics which have made her skin so fragile. We have tried many creams and anti-histamines. She is often completely covered with itchy skin and sleeps very badly. Any additional thought on how to help her through this? She and we need to sleep and be happy.

if you really want to help withdraaw milk and diary completely from diet
as child ned mothers milk for 2 years and no animal milk after
as the animal protein is non competible with human proteins it causes various diseases including eczema which can onybe cured by removing food from diet
you can confirm by getting blood serum test for specific antibodes for milk
