What Causes Eczema And Sleep Disorders While On Statins?

Tinnitus 5yrs / mild -mod eczema/ sporadic sleep pattern disturbances / dry flaking inflamed nail beds (hands) ....slight memory issues past couple yrs. ....low T (and dropping)....arthritis whole body. I am 59 yr old male, on statins and low dose aspirin and Generic Testosterone gel. 6’1” 230 lb - good physical condition. Possible related dx ???
