Child. Fluctuating Temperature, Sore Throat And Mouth. History Of Leg Pain Treated With Ibuprofen. Thoughts?

My 7 year old daughter has been running a fever for 2 days now. She was complaining of legs' pain yesterday but a doctor from a local hospital gave her ibuprofen and the pain was gone. Now she is complaining of sore throat, she has sore mouth. I just checked her temperature and it's 36.5 ( normal). But after a while, it goes up again. What should be the cause of this?
