Child. Fever, Cough, Back And Stomach Ache, Loose Stools, No Urination For A Day. Help

3 year old with temperature over 39 for 3 days controlled with paracetamol and ibuprofen. Cough that has been around for 3 wks, real chesty cough now which is out of control so much that he cries. Complaints of back and stomach ache and loose stool. No urination for 1 day and loss of appetite. Has eaten 4 yogurts in 24 hrs under duress.

i can feel your concerns
your child seems to be dehydrated.give him ORS and extra fluids.moniter his urine output.if his urineoutput not improves,immediately see your doctor for I/V rehydration
Add antibiotics and probiotics after consulting your doctor.GIve him soft diet like banana,rice and yougrut
Avoid soft and cold drinks.give paracetamol and ibuprofen in case of fever
