Hi,
Welcome to Health Care Magic.
Based on our symptoms there are 3 possible causes.
Firstly Electrolyte-
Hypokalemia ( Low pottasium levels in blood) or Low calcium levels in bones.. Both these conditions can cause the symptoms you have mentioned.
Second possible cause is Neurological- Any spinal pathology specially lower cervical and thoracic spin can cause these symptoms.
Third probable cause can be endocrinological- May be due to parathyroid pathology.
Keeping in view all these possibilities you might have to undergo few tests like Serum pottasium, serum calcium and serum Parathormone and X-ray
cervical spine and thoracic spine. Based on the results you can be treated accordingly.
As far as my decision goes the probable causes would be either low calcium in bones or
parathyroid gland pathology. Last but not the least i would like to rule out psychological cause. In some types Psychological conditions like anxiety disorder or
depression please often present with
chest pain and tightness.
Discuss with your doctor about the above mentioned possibilities. Hope you will definitely get to know what is wrong with you.
Wish you a happy & healthy life
Take care
