Chest Pain, Raced Heart Beat, Pain While Inhaling, Lungs Expansion On Exhalation, Exercises Well

hello there,
my name is stanislav, i was hoping to get proffesional oppinion on my chest pain.

i m 30 year old living in scotland, i work as a gardener, living quite healthy lifestyle, i am no smoker(used to be) and i dont drink alcohol, only on rare occasions have pint or two(once a month)
i have been experiencing on random occasions over course of past year that my heart rate would suddendly go up , my heart would race for about 10 seconds folowed by shooting pain sometime lesser sometime bigger with those episodes getting more frequent recently sometime i have it even twice a day sometime just before go to sleep. i started worrying recently- since about two weeks ago - because on top of that i was beggining to experience pain when inhaling in when breathing, first just tiny bit but now its all the time from moment i inhale and my lungs start toexpand i feel pain down inside my chest with every exhalation and it doesnt seem to be subsiding at all..it also feels like i cant fully inhale like there is sudden stop to my breath before i reach full capacity of inhalation..

i am considering myself to be a very healthy person , i excercise and eat well, plus nature of my work is physical and i sweat a lot at workcarrying stuff about, i walk everywhere so i am confused but honestly a bit scared too. what do you think ?

Hi. Gets thyroid function checked. You also need to see a cardiologist (electrophysiologist interest) to look into the abnormal rhythms of your heart There are certain conditions where you could have paroxysmal episodes of heart racing which can be picked up on a holter monitor, a small box like a ipod.
You need to carry this attached to you chest with wires for a week. You can carry on your normal life activities. Most of them are benign conditions that could be treated . Avoid excessive caffeine intake. Hope this helps.
