Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

There are no clues in the ECG
It is not possible to say further on the condition - without age, gender, complaints and so on. ECG must be correlated with the clinical picture.

You may need an exercise ECG for further evaluation of ischemia
You will need an ECHOcardiogram for evaluation of heart function

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
