this is my ultrasound report what should i do now???
Urinary
Bladder Urinary bladder is well filled and regular in outline.

Uterus Uterus is anteverted in position and normal in size, measuring about
2.6 * 8.9cm. with normal myometrial echotexture.

Endometrium Normal measures about 5mm.

Cervix Normal

Adnexa Both the ovaries are slightly enlarged in size and contain multiple tiny follicles.
Left ovary measures about 4.6 * 2.4cm.
Right ovary measures about 4.2 * 2.7cm.

Comment Bilateral polycystic ovaries.
