Hi doctor..
what about these semen analysis count regarding to motility ?! ..
A) Rapid Progressive (Rapid PR%) : 0 %
B) Sluggish Progressive (Sluggish
PR%) : 60%
C) Non Progressive Motility (NP%): 20%
D) Immotile Sperms (IM%):20%
NB: the semen is hyperviscous.. liquified after 50 min. & concentration: 82 million/ml

Hi
Rapidly progressive sperms should be at least in the range of 40-50percent which is not in your case. Also liquefaction is delayed. Both might be related to some infection, do a check on total WBC count in semen, your consulting doctor will be able to guide further if there is a infection
