Chances Of Pregnancy When On Pill?

Basically I m a bit worried I m pregnant! I m on the pill but I haven t had my period this month. I had sex about 3 and a half weeks ago and had some strange symptoms? I ve had cramp in my stomach, slight heart burn, needing the toilet every half an hour or so, headaches more often and my nipples are slightly sore. I haven t taken a test yet but hopefully am getting one tomorrow. I m just wondering if this early signs that I could be?

as you said youare on contraceptive pills and you have not faultered, then these symptoms which youmentioned pertaining to cramps, heart burn, frequent urination are common after an act of intercourse as well . best would be to undergo a urine pregnancy test.
