Cause Of Missed Periods
sir, i am 19 ys old.. and i have missed my periods ..its been already 10 days late.. i checked for the pregnancy .and it showed me negatvie ..now whether my periods will restart or not .plz do tel me. i am really worried abt it ...and i dont have any symptoms in getting pregnant .... plz do tell me :( :( :(

Thanks for posting your query.
Although pregnancy is the commonest cause for missed periods, there could be other causes like stress, anemia, hormone deficiency etc.
You can repeat the test after a week. Please use the early morning urine sample and follow the reading time instructions. If negative, please visit your gynecologist who will give you medicines to regularize your cycles.
Symptoms of pregnancy like nausea etc. come on a little later, by 6-8 weeks only.
