hello
1) internal hemorrhoid occure due to excessive straining while passing stool and chronic constipation is most common cause for this.
2) sometimes, inner wall of lower part of anal canal get linear superficial wound due to excessive straining and this cause anal fissure to develop.
3) thus anal fissure would be present most of time in parients with internal hemorrhoids.
4) anal fissure cause pain in perianal area and swelling due to which diameter of anal canal would reduce further and this aggravates the pain further
5) treatment for constipation and treatment for swelling help to reduce this pain. swelling can be reduce by sitting in lukewarm water after defecation (Sitz bath)
