Hi,
Give rest to your shoulder for one week in shoulder immobilizer, take painkiller & serratiopeptidase. & get an MRI of shoulder done after 10 days ( esp of > 3 tesla MRI) & send me the report at drsssoni@gmail.com to suggest you further line of treatment

Hi. Sports injury can be either due to direct trauma or overuse. If a doctor has evaluated you and prescribed paracetamol then it should be to give you pain relief. Give rest to the muscle and in the meantime you can work out the other parts. Rest to the overused part will give you relief. If you continue using the affected muscle it will take a long time to heal and also might aggravate your injury
