Good Morning Doctor,

Yesterday I intercource with my GF using condom in noon but in last i noticed there was a hole in that, so i have given a unwanted 72 tblt at 3PM.
Questions:
1) is these pills need to take in morning/night?
2) incase again i m going to intercource today and condom will not work then again i hv to gv her a tblt.

I know these tblt are not good to use, so need your suggestion, bcoz yesterday after having this pill she is not felling well. today she is ok but I want to put some caution.
