Hello dear
Understand your concern
Yes repeated abortion lead to difficulty in future conception.
Better to continue the pregnancy. Repeated use of abortion pill cause : ectopic pregnancy, damage to endometrium, uterus can not hold the pregnancy as habit of abortion. So damage to endometrium cause difficulty in conception.
Take advice of gynecologist and continue the pregnancy.
Hope this may help you
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
