Can Ulcerative Colitis Symptoms Be Reduced On A Vegetarian Diet?
hello, i am 17 years old and i have ulcerative colitis. I was just wondering about becoming a vegetarian. I believe that when i eat meat i get more cramps and colitis symptoms tend to show more, i just want some advice as to weather becoming a vegetarian is safe or not for me
