Can Ulcerative Colitis Symptoms And Side Effects Of Medicines Prescribed Be Same?

I have my nephew was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis some of the medications that been given to him is predisolone sodium phosph 15, famotidine 40 MG/5ml, and balsalazude disodium. Which all have side effects that have the same symptoms of the ulcerative colitis mainly the stool bleeding. Is this possible and how

Ulcerative colitis is autoimmune disease and require proper treatment under advise of gastroenterologist.
Treatment depend on colonoscopy report.

None of the medicine described by you cause stool bleeding.
Treatment response will occur in next 7-10 days and depend on disease severity.
You can also ask for
Entofoam enema
Mesalazine spray/enema/suppository for long term management
Capsule sporolac
