Either the wire is kinked or you may be suffering from something called a coital headache which is part of a disorder called a trigeminal autonomic cephalgia. But, if the pain is in your neck then, I would suggest to seek out a headache specialist rapidly since this type of picture is not commonly recognized by general physicians or family practitioners.
A neurologist or headache specialist will order some type of immediate imaging study of the neck to rule out a fistula or other vascular deformity causing the pain you are describing.

Can The Wire Cause Neck Pain After Intercourse?
