Can The Leg Rash Be Related To CTCL?

I have MF. Recently I broke out on my legs with a different rash. The biopsy revealed hyperparakeratosis scattered keratinocyte apoptosis. Is this related to CTCL? I also have basil cell carcinoma's from light treatments that have to be removed. Is this a type of CA?
