Can The Cardiac Attack Be Cured Only Through Medications?

My mother is 63 years old suffering from colon cancer which speard to bones (metastatasis) she recently suffered cardiac attack due to raise in creatine, potasium and dropped sodium. As she is has multiple problems she is not in a situation to udergo any aggressive procedural treatment hence on medication only for cardiac problem. Her heamoglobin levels coming down can use espogen injection

Management of heart attack can be very difficult in presence of malignancy like colonic cancer particularly when it is stage 4/metastatic disease.such patients tend to have very low cardiac reserve and low performance status on karnofsky scale.medications are the main stay of management in the heart attack in such patients.drugs like low molecular weight heparin and clopidogrel are used.under special circumstances high risk angioplasty can be done.correction of serum electrolytes and iron correction can be helpful.consult a cardiologist for further assistance.
