Can Taking Prednisone Help Relieve From Pressure In The Eye Area?

Have sinus problems ethmoid I think- have constant pressure in the eye area upper lids below brow- It makes me feel tired all the time and slightly dizzy. I have been taking allegy shots for a while and they help some... I have to take aleev often and it helps a little temporarily... I took prednisone and it helpe tremendously but my doctordoesnt want to prescribe because of sided effects . What can I take that will help me? I deal with this everyday. Thanksi

If it is a sinus problem one should confirm it by investigation like X - ray pns,
One should take one long course of antibiotic, nasal decongestant drops, anti histaminic and analgesic. But avoid prednisone.
As far as eye pressure (IOP) is concerned it will be raised by unjudicious use of prednisone.
