Hello there, Your current blood sugars are uncontrolled and mainly it seems that your PP sugars are not controlled. The medications you are on are ok. However there is a need to find out the exact cause of your uncontrolled sugars. Are you following a strict diet? Are you following an exercise regimen? Diet and exercise alone can do changes to your blood sugars without real need for any additional medicines. However if you are already following diet and exercise changes then probably there is need for thorough examination and blood tests of HbA1c (average blood sugars for three months) and Serum creatinine before we can go up on our medications. Please visit your diabetologist who can suggest the changes after going through your reports and examination. Till then try diet changes and exercise in your daily routine. Take care.
