Can Stress Cause Odd Sensations Of Loudness And Fastness?

Hi, I'm 34, in general good health. I have had an odd feeling every so often through my life where for a few minutes everything seems fast and loud and everything feels large so that I can feel the details of everything around me. My heart rate doesn't rise (approx 70/min) and I don't feel anxiety. No headache or anything like that, just this odd feeling. Asking about it now because it is getting more frequent and if anything stress in my life has reduced significantly recently so it doesn't seem to be that. Thanks for any help.

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. Please analyze yourself and your life pattern. There will be nothing significant. In that case, such a scenario is normal. Human being always want change and if it do not happen, they start analyzing self. Such a self analysis ends up analyzing self health and they start feeling 'wrongs' in their health. One kind of obsession. Ignore the given obsession.

I can help you in this aspect. Psychotherapy techniques should suit your requirement. If you require more of my help in this aspect, Please post a direct question to me in this URL. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Make sure that you include every minute details possible. I shall prescribe the needed psychotherapy techniques.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.

I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. If you are sure that your feeling is in isolation and do not have any other associated physical symptoms, you can almost be sure that you are being obsessive about it. You had that feeling once. Then you fantasized it and "waited" it to happen. As you expect it, it comes again and again and you start worrying. that is obsession. Simply ignore it.
