Hi,

Your symptoms could indicate the onset of peri-menopausal symptoms. Peri-menopause is the menopause transition. Hot flashes, mood changes, vaginal dryness, irregular periods and fatigue can occur. Healthy lifestyle with regard to diet and physical activity can be beneficial. Do not worry. These symptoms will gradually reduce. Ensure adequate sleep. You need to examined to determine if low dose contraceptives can be used to ease the symptoms.
