Can Putting On Spandex For Long Result In Callus Like Itchy Pigments On Thighs?

Hello I wore spandex yesterday and fell asleep with them on. This morning I took a shower I have these swollen raised callus looking thing on my inner thigh doesn't itch kinda dark and a lil pinkish hurts to walk looks like it's from friction I'm pregnant and don't know what do to use

Hi

Yes you are right. You seem to have developed a frictional dermatitis.
See since you are pregnant, it would be better than you avoid taking any extra medicines for the same.
First of all, you should avoid any such tight clothes in future prevent any further frictional damage to the area.
Wear loose cotton clothes as much as possible.
Apply calamine lotion over the affected area.
Keep the area clean and dry.
