Can Pus Cells And Epithelial Cells Shown On Urine Test Cause Fever?

My daughter age 3 years 6 months is suffering from fever for the past 10 days and it's on and off.

We have taken the CBP all values are with in the range except (high polymorphs 85% and less lymphocyte 11%).

Done the X-ray - shows prominent bronchovascular markings seen on both sides.

Urine results shows having 2-3 pus cells and epithelial cells 1-2 /hpf ----rest are normal.

Please advise as she is not eating any food and giving water with glucon-d.

yes pus cells in urine test can be a cause of fever , and the report of CBP correlates with acute infection most likely Urinary Tract Infection in your daughter's case.
I suggest you have another test done on the urine of your daughter , its called "Leukocyte esterase test'. This will confirm infection in the urinary tract and in the meantime start empiric antibiotic syrup CEFEXIME and syrup paracetamol
