Suggest Medication For Fever

My daughter has fever and his age is 17 years. Her Urine routine examination results are Specific gravity 1018, Reaction acid,Protiens nil, Bile salt nil, bile pigments nil, Pus cells/WBC's 8-10/HPF, RBCS occasional, Epithelial cells a few. Are these OK

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you are having fever which could be due to viral/ bacterial infection of body. It is due to compromised immunity of body. Presence of WBC's indicate level of infection. I would suggest you nothing to worry about it. You should take NSAID medication along with antibiotic such as Levofloxacin. You should take plenty of fluids. Avoid taking any sharp and oily food substances. Visit general physician once and get it examined. Go for blood tests as well. Start treatment after prescription. You should take fresh juices in diet. Try to divide your meals in small fractions rather than having bulk at a time. You should take soft and bland food. Take diet rich in multivitamins.
