Can Pulmonary Sarcoid Cause Nausea,headache And Hot Flushes?

I have pulmonary Sarcoid.. I have been having very bad heat flashes these last 2 months and they are terrible causing a little nausea and sometimes headaches. I do have a appointment with my pulmonologist in 2 weeks but in reading up really dont see this as a possible side effect. I am going through menopause and have had it undercontrol doing HRT so I really dont think its related because this is far worse and my labs are normal. Just trying to figure out if it could possibly be Sarcoid related.?

Since you are passing a menopause stage and having pulmonary sarcoidosis as well as these symptoms .
Hot flashes,
nausea ,
headache.
You are also taking H R T for menopause . In my opinion all these symptoms are from the effects of menopause in spite of H R T, so consult your gynecologist and get his opinion.
Symptoms of sarcoidosis ( pulmonary ) are ,
Fever , malaise, weight loss, cough, dysponea, chest pain and discomfort.
Signs are palpable lymph nodes,Uveitis, cranial nerve palsies, joints pain, hypercalcemia & hypercalciuria.
All these symptoms are of pulmonary sarcoidosis , so take treatment for menopause syndrome beside HRT .
