Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Pregnyl injection is hCG hormone which supports the pregnancy by making uterine environment more favourable for foetus. It is usually given in pregnancy in case of threatened abortion, bleeding around the fetus( subchorionic haemorrhage) . It is completely safe for the fetus.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
