General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your husband symptoms can be related to the use of Panadol.

One of the side effects of Panadol is dizziness.

I suggest to change Panadol with an alternative anti inflammatory medication such as Acetaminophen.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
