Can Painful Calcified Intercostal Cartilage In Mid Chest Resolve By Itself?

I have calcified costal cartilage. Two days ago I bent down to pick something up and got a sharp pain in my upper middle right chest. The pain is becoming more constant but I am not having trouble breathing. Is this something that will resolve on its own?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I agree that you must have experienced the pain, but calcified cartilage, causing pain is very uncommon, more over once the calcification took place then it remains as it is, and that does not cause pain, it could be something else and most probably nonspecific pain, and this will go away soon no need to worry about this have nice day.
