Thank you for asking on HCM! I read yuor question and understand your concern.

I would like to explain that foot pain is not a symptom of heart attack and neither a cause of it.

I would recommend you to consult with your GP and perform some tests to establish the cause of this pain and find the proper therapy :
- routine blood test
- inflammation tests, PCR, fibrinogen, sedimentation
-blood electrolytes, blood calcium levels, uric acid levels
-foot x ray
- Doppler ultrasound of the vessels of the legs
-nerve conduction study for the nerves of the leg
