Can Over Dosage Of Codamol Lead To Severe Back Pain?

Hi I tried to cwe co codamol 8 days ago with14 tabs now ive been having back pain that feels like a bad muscle being pulled in my upper right back ,it was going away but I was in a shop there and it came back it feels like a stabbing pain its really sore and very uncomfortable and takes my breath away .I have no other signs eg sickness diorhea , jaundice .do you think I am in the the clear from an overdose ?

Hi The side effects of co codamol include weakness ,drowsiness constipation breathing difficulty etc. But back pain is not reported and as you say you are getting backpack after a week But every one's reaction to a medicine is different.As you are complaining of back pain and breathing difficulty you better consult your physician.He may suggest ECG or other tests to rule out any other problems
