Welcome to needs to be treated first before you embark on any weight loss.Since if anemia is there you will be unable to do any exercise as oxygen is not delivered adequately to the cell and exhaustion sets in.Severly restrivting the diet can be dangerous and can cause the opposite thebody will preserve fat and make you unable to lose anynweight.Take care.
