Can I Use Tobramycin Ointment For The Follicles On Nose?

First to doctor khan for giving an advice . My condition is I had follicles on my nose almost 15 days now all the pain spread out on my face ' swelling even my under neck . My boss rush me to the hospital and the doktor from holland gave antibiotic (amoxicilline/ clavulaanzuur actavis) for: 7 days treatment now this my 4th day I felt better but tip on my nose still not healing. Can I use tobramycin oinment(sterile opthalmic oinment) for my 2nd àntibiotic.

Hello
It seems from the history that had follicles in nose and for which you were treated with antibiotic in the form of amoxicillin and clavulanic acid.
Tobramycin being a antibitoic and this can be used safely for topical application.
Along with antibiotics use of anti-inflammatory drugs like iibuprofen will provide symptomatic improvement as follicle is an inflammatory condition caused by infection.
