Can I Get Pregnant Considering My Husband's Low Rapid Linear?

My husband has a volume of 5.5 mil with a concentration of 15, motility at 41% but his rapid linear is only 4 % his velocity (0nome-4rapid) is 2 and same with linearity total motile 33.8 10^6 it says. Can we get pregnant with medical help with low rapid linear

Can you please upload the entire report of the semen analysis at

That will help me to formulate a better diagnosis.
You have not mentioned the semen count.
The semen motility should be more than 50 % which is slightly low, also the rapid linear motility is quite low.
ALso, you have not mentioned the sperm morphology, as percentage of normal sperms matters, versus the abnormal forms.
That is why I am requesting you to upload the report.
With a low forward progressive count, natural conception becomes slightly difficult.
You can ask him to consult an Andrologist to assess the cause of abnormal sperm result.
Accordingly, the treatment can be tailored.
There are various newer methods of assisted reproductive technologies ( ART ) such as IUI ( intra uterine insemination ) which can help conception with low counts and motility.
Please discuss these with your gynaecologist.
