However, to be on the safer side and to detect any ectopic pregnancy you are suggested to visit an OBGYN and get clinically examined to ensure if the implant is okay and to detect ectopic pregnancy or any other factor / pathology that may be causing period delay. You will have to get urine tests for pregnancy, few routine blood workouts, USG uterus with fallopian tube, etc., done. You will be treated accordingly. You are suggested to stay away from anxiety and stress. Let yourself stay relaxed. Take home made food rich in iron, calcium, minerals and proteins.
