Can Cramping And Masturbating Cause Miscarriage?

I had a miscarriage (blighted ovum) before now im pregnant don't know how long I do cramp often almost every night but it goes away and I masturbated and when i went to use the bathroom there was brown discharge scared me is this another miscarriage alert and should I go to ER?

Hi,

Yes, I think that this can be another miscarriage. Start micronized progesterone pills 200 mg twice daily for 10 days and folic acid 5 mg twice daily for 10 days and do a urgent ultrasound examination of lower abdomen.
