Can Constipation Be Related To Having A Fat Belly?
Hi I am a very slim girl but I am gaining fat on my stomach and now I have a hard fat belly. I suffer from constipation. I am taking lactulose with it I go toilet every 2 days but without it I go after 4 days. I am worried I may have other problems inside stomach please help
You have problem of constipation that cause some time elevated stomach part. Gas and constipation cause problem of this.so thid problem cause elevation of stomach slightly.
Continue lactulose and do some diet modifications also.
Drink more water atleast 8 glasses per day. Do regularly excercise more than 30 minutes. Avoid junk foods. Avoid alcohol drinking.
Eat fresh fruits and green vegetables. High fiber diet useful in proper digestion. Avoid spicy and oily foods. Avoid fatty foods. Stool softner can use for relief in constipation.
After taking this much care still symptoms are present than you can do colonoscopy for further diagnosis.
