Hello! The otic drops can't be a concern during pregnancy since they are used locally in the ear and don't enter the blood circulation. Cefuroxime and acetaminophen ar eboth considered in pregnancy category B. There are five pregnancy risk categories of drugs. Category A and B are safe to use during pregnancy, category A is supported by studies in pregnant women, and category B by studies in animals, there are no effects reported in humans but there aren't studies available in humans for category B. Eventhough category B drugs are considered safe to use during pregnancy.
As you see, you can bring yourself at ease because there isn't a great deal to concern about.
I hope i have been of help.
