Can Biotin Cause Early Periods And Headache?
On New years, i ended my period. But recently i've been taking Biotin for about 1 week , And my period came almost 2 weeks early, and i've been having major headaches for the past week. Should i stop taking the biotin? And is it normal for my period to come this early ?
