What Causes Delayed Periods,headache,bloating And Cramps?

I have missed my period and my husband and i have been ttc for 2 years now! We have 1 kid together already, I am also having backaches, headaches, bloating really bad, gas, and once in a few days i will have cramps... I took a pregnancy test 2 days before i was supposed to have my period and it said neg... what could this be

This is quite simple. You should repeat the pregnancy test now & may be again after 7 days of your expected period date if this test comes back negative.
Pregnancy is a possibility, but nothing is proven without lab evidence. All the symptoms you are having are non-specific & can be found in a number of conditions.
