Can Back Pain And Swelling Of Glands Be Related To Myalgic Encephalomyelitis?

I m a 26 year old female diagnosed with ME in 2006. Recently have noticed painful swelling of the glands in the hollow above my collarbones (which becomes more painful if I consume alcohol.) Also have lower back pain which is not normal for my ME and excessive perspiration, particularly at night. Increased fatigue. Is this the ME or something I ought to get checked out by my doctor?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that the swelling that you described here could be lymph node and such lymph node with little selling is common and this is no thing to worry, your other symptom could be related with anxiety and depression, and this need to be kept low, take care and have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
