Does anybody else in your Family has the same problem? Azoospermia is the condition where there is complete absence of sperm in the ejaculate. It could be due to Hormonal Imbalance, Absence of testes, Varicocele or Testicular Failure. The treatment depends upon the cause. You should be getting yourself completely evaluated by a Urologist to rule out the exact cause.
