Can Antiphospholipid Syndrome, Renal Lupus And Membranous Nephropathy Affect Menstruation?

Hi i have antiphospholipid syndrome, renal lupus and membranous nepropathy and i haven't had a menstrual period for nearly a year. I have been on the mini pill for the last 3 years. However i have come of my pill recently and i am waiting till i have been off the pill for 6 weeks before my doctor can run blood tests to see if my hormone levels are normal. I am really worried that i am never going to be able to have children could this be the case?
