Can Anti-epileptic Medication Cause UTI In A Child?

My daughter 4 years old is on epileptic drugs.She is suffering from fever from past one month. Today after her USG it revealed UTI AND RENAL CORTICAL ECHOGENECITY INCREASED KINDLY ADVICE WHAT IS THIS AND DOES THIS HAS ANY CO RELATION WITH HER ONGOING EPILEPTIC DRUGS

You can go ahead with medication for epilepsy safely.
Better consult pediatrician for investigation and treatment of urinary tract infection.
