Hello. Can anal fissures little skin tag, and an internal/partial external hemmorroid be taken care of in doctor office like a (Colonrectal MD) office. I have read the many different procedures/ treatment options. I have heard all the procedures of choice are pretty brutal. I have used preparation H once and for several days had small amt of little bleeding onto toilet paper with any toile ting for a few days. Then the bleeding just randomly stopped and never returned. Your thoughts. Thanks
